Dear Eden Filters:
Note that the 2 filters that were sent are quite different than the Carbon Filter Element 4487-63 which has 2 blue "nipples" on each end. The white one you sent has only 1 nipple.
Can we please send the 2 white ones back to get a blue one like in the above photo (clean of course)?
