Notes
USAirways from Chicago to DC has the latest flight around 6:00pm, which is not enough time for the Amtrak train to reliably get there on time. Plus, late night flights are much more expensive than the early morning flights, such as $360. US Airways has inexpensive early flights, such as $90 at 6:00am. The best scenario is Amtrak on Saturday, stay over for $60 at hotel, then early Sunday morning to DC.
